Identification and contact information: name, mailing address, email address, telephone and mobile numbers, date of birth, and government-issued identification numbers (including Social Insurance Number where required by law for registered accounts and tax reporting).
Financial and planning information: income, assets and liabilities, investment holdings, account numbers, banking details, tax information, employment and business ownership details, risk tolerance, investment objectives, and estate and beneficiary information.
Insurance underwriting information: health and lifestyle information, medical history, and family history, where you have applied for insurance coverage and consented to its collection.
Family and relationship information: spouse, dependant, and beneficiary details relevant to your financial plan.
Website and technical information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Communications: records of our correspondence with you, including emails, text messages, meeting notes, and call records.
Mobile phone number and SMS consent: where you opt in to receive text messages from us.
We collect this information directly from you, and with your consent from third parties such as financial institutions, insurance carriers, medical professionals, credit reporting agencies, and your other professional advisors.

SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates. Mobile information — including your mobile telephone number and your consent to receive text messages — is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. Consent
We obtain your consent before collecting, using, or disclosing your personal information, except where the law permits or requires otherwise. Consent may be express (written, verbal, or electronic) or implied by the nature of the service you have requested.

5. SMS Terms of Service
By opting into SMS from a web form or other medium, you are agreeing to receive SMS messages from Aspire Investments & Insurance Ltd. This includes SMS messages for conversations (between employees) and conversations (external).
- Message frequency varies. Messaging frequency may vary depending on your relationship with us and the nature of your inquiry.
- Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive.
- Types of messages you can expect. Appointment reminders and scheduling, account and policy service updates, document and signature requests, responses to inquiries you have initiated, and other conversational messages related to your financial planning relationship with us.
- To opt out at any time, text STOP. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially or contact us directly.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories of information sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.
6. Safeguards
We protect personal information with physical, organizational, and technological safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. These include restricted access to premises and files, password protection and encryption of electronic records, secure disposal of records, confidentiality obligations for all staff, and ongoing privacy training.
While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Email and SMS are not fully secure channels, and we recommend you avoid sending sensitive information such as account numbers or identification numbers by these methods.
7. Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and to meet our legal, regulatory, and professional record-keeping obligations — generally a minimum of seven years following the end of the client relationship, and longer for certain insurance and tax records. Information no longer required is securely destroyed, erased, or anonymized.
